Are You Happy?

A flow-chart worth following. Don’t sit and flounder if you’re unhappy — be it work, a relationship or something else. Change it, challenge it; because otherwise, it will flow through to the rest of your life and you’ll wake up everyday, dreading getting out of bed, not wanting to go to work/see that other person/talk to people, and that’s a path you don’t want to start down.
